<p><em>The research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation, price and facilities on consumer purchase decisions of Igloo Desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. This research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnairesto consumer of Igloo Desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. Residential real estate, with a sample of 96 respondents. At the same time, data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The finding denoted that partially and simultaneously, product differentiation, prices and facilities variable affected significant the purchase decisions of Igloo desert Bar Italian Gelato Sangatta. The simultaneous effect of product differentiation, prices, and facilities variables on purchase decisions was 0,000 < 0,05, on the other hand, the partially effect of the product differentiation variable on purchase decisions was 46,81%, the partially effect of the price variable on purchase decisions was 33,48%, and the effect of the facilities variable on the purchase decision was 38,89%.</em></p>Theresia Stefania Kewa KuwaRR Tri GunartiIrma Irma

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the formation model, legal process, capital sources, work plans, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in Batealit Subdistrict, Jepara Re-gency. The study was conducted from 16 September to 10 October 2025 using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with subdistrict officials and eleven village governments implement-ing the program in the area. The results show that ten villages chose the new cooperative formation model, while Sumosari Village chose the existing cooperative development model. All cooperatives have obtained legality in accordance with the provisions of Permenkumham Number 13 of 2025, which was facilitated through coordination between the village government, subdistrict, and Jepara Regency Cooperative Office. In terms of capital, cooperatives in Batealit Subdistrict still rely on basic savings and mandatory member sav-ings, as well as self-help support from administrators. However, limited understanding of the financing mech-anisms as stipulated in Minister of Finance Regulation No. 49 of 2025 and limited village budget capacity are the main obstacles to applying for loans. Most cooperatives are still in the institutional preparation stage and have not yet actively carried out business activities, except in Geneng Village, which has started economic activities through a grocery store. <p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on burnout among lecturers at Universitas Teknologi Mataram. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of lecturers at Universitas Teknologi Mataram, with a sample of 79 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS software. The results showed that leadership style had a significant negative effect on lecturer burnout with a t-value of -3.217 and a significance value of 0.002. Organizational climate also had a significant negative effect on burnout with a t-value of -4.581 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, leadership style and organizational climate significantly affected burnout with an F-value of 38.624 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.504, indicating that 50.4% of lecturer burnout could be explained by leadership style and organizational climate.</em></p>Henni Comala HikmiAgus Marjan SaputraRian Indranopa

<p><em>This research aims to analyze the influence brand image and price on the decision to use screen printing services Rainbow Creative Sangatta. The research method used is a quantitative method with the analytical method used in this research being the multiple linear regression analysis method and hypothesis analysis with the SPSS 25 application. The sample in this research consisted of 66 respondents. The independent variable is a variable brand image and price and the dependent variable, namely the decision to use services. The research results show that variables brand image (X<sub>1</sub>) partially has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use services (Y) with a t valueheatingg 4,503 > ttable 1.669, and the price variable (X<sub>2</sub>) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use services (Y) with a t valueheatingg 3,296 > ttable 1,669. Based on simultaneous testing of variables brand image and price also has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use services with a Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and the coefficient of determination (R) value obtained in this study is 0.600. This means that 60% of the decision variables to use services can be explained by variables brand image (X<sub>1</sub>) and price (X<sub>2</sub>). <p><em>This Research aims to determine the effect of human resource development on employee performance at the regional public company (PERUMDA) Tirta Tuah Continental East Kutai drinking water. The sampling method using purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations in mind, namely by taking a number of samples with certain criteria to be used as a population sample in this research of 89 people. Research Results Based on the results of the F test for the hypothesis "it is suspected that there is a significant influence between human resource development on employee performance at the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai Drinking Water" obtained a value of 42,151 and sign = 0.000. Because the significant value = 0.000 < 0.005, the hypothesis "it is suspected that there is a significant influence between human resource development on employee performance at the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai Drinking Water" can be accepted.</em></p>Arif Dharmawan
